Greetings in the name of our Lord, Savior and soon coming King Jesus Christ.
It is no secret that today’s world is one of crisis and chaos. Institutions are failing. Society is breaking down. Economies are unstable. Governments pretend to, but in reality are just men and are without solutions to the problems that the nations face. Many of us find ourselves adrift in sea of uncertainty as most if not all of what we hold on to for stability is slowly but surely being stripped away layer by layer, to reveal the hollow shells that exist within.
What is even more distressing is the state of affairs found within the body of Christ. In the book of Revelation, we read of a church at Laodicea. A church wealthy with earthly possessions, but poor in heavenly things whose spiritual state is pictured by a Christ standing on the outside knocking and hoping someone will open the door and let Him in. Speaking from experience, I can recall a time when my own life could be described as such. Going through the motions of Christ service, honoring God with my lips but my heart was far from Him. Even as a believer I cannot begin to tell you how far I strayed from God. God in His mercy saw it fit to preserve me and call me to a deeper walk with Him and to share His message of hope to dying men and women.
We believe that the Lord Jesus is calling the Church back to the Truth of His Word, the Good News of the Gospel message and the Evangelical Mandate of His Great Commission. We started GlobalMicaiah to be an avenue through which, by God’s grace, these goals can be achieved.
We are by no means an authority, nor do we seek to present ourselves as one. We simply have a burden for the Word of God and desire to see it spread abroad. We continually pray and ask that God will grant us the opportunity to be used in a mighty way for His honor and Glory.
